Each year Rochester Kids awards numerous scholarships to students who graduated from a Rochester city high school. In 2023, Rochester Kids will again award several scholarships the – Jeff Milano-Johnson Memorial Scholarship in memory of Jeff and the Shamar Patterson Memorial Scholarship in memory of 16 year old Shamar Patterson who died on the same day and time as Jeff did. Here is copy of the application form. The scholarships are awarded to students in good standing who are attending a school in Rochester and who have financial need and wish to pursue college (including community college), technical school or other post-high school advancement programs.
